Here are two recent projects related to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Higher Education. Additionally we have served numerous organizations since 2005 with their training and development needs.
Organizational Assessment
We have initiated an organizational assessment project at Chemeketa Connunity College, OR. This project is currently underway to support the college and it's leadership to advance their strategic vision for diversity, equity and inclusion. The current project consists of:

Strategic Planning
We recently completed a year long project with Clackamas Community College. The project was developed to support the college and it's leadership to create a comprehensive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategic plan. This planing process consisted of the following:

Creating a strategic planning process

Training the strategic planning team

Communicating with planning team and College President

Conducting visioning, asset mapping, and values clarification activities and reporting summary results

Conducting and analyzing results of Campus Climate Survey

Conducting focus groups with multiple constituent groups

Supporting the Strategic themes, goals, and outcome development timelines for the planning process

Writing the planning report

Presenting to Board of Trustee
